Scott K. Wagman
Broker Owner

Scott has lived in Florida since 1960.  In 1975, after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, he joined Scott Paint Corporation, his family’s Sarasota based paint manufacturing company becoming president in 1979.  While growing the company from 1 store and 6 employees to 24 stores and 150 employees, Scott gained real estate expertise by negotiating for and acquiring sites to build Scott Paint stores and manufacturing facilities.  In 1998, Scott sold Scott Paint and turned his attention entirely to investing activities with a primary emphasis on commercial real estate.

Scott also has negotiated for, acquired and sold several residential properties including condominiums on Passagrille Beach and the Tides Beach Club in North Redington Beach.  Currently the owner of vacation condominiums at the Sereno on Madeira Beach and Turning Leaf at Highlands Cove in North Carolina, Scott gained great insight as to the needs of residential purchases as well.

A licensed realtor since 2000, Scott has obtained the prestigious designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) status.  It was while going through realtor education that Scott hit upon the idea of doing for others what he enjoyed doing for himself – negotiating for and buying real estate, hence the founding of MyBuyersWin, Inc.

Scott has been married for 30 years to Beth Houghton and they have three children, two of which have purchased their own condominiums in Chicago and St. Petersburg.  The youngest is not quite old enough yet, but her time will come.


Eric H. Wagman
Sales Associate

Eric was born in St. Petersburg and graduated from Lakewood High.  Loving St. Petersburg, he chose to play baseball at Eckerd College, graduating with a Bachelors degree and then obtaining his Masters of Business Administration at the University of South Florida.

Serving briefly as a teacher, Eric’s true vocation is that of coaching baseball.  He is presently entering his third year as the head baseball coach of the Northeast High Vikings in St. Petersburg.  His first year as head coach, Eric was voted by his coaching peers as the Pinellas County Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.  Desiring flexibility for his coaching duties, Eric attained his real estate license specifically to join his father, Scott, at MyBuyersWin, Inc.

Eric’s education, people skills, negotiating ability and youth makes him a natural to connect with Generation Y buyers in helping them buy some of the outstanding real estate opportunities in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County.
